胃胀，烧心，反酸水打嗝吃了一个多星期的枸橼酸铋钾片和枸橼酸莫沙铋利片，不但没减轻，反而厉害了请问是怎么回事？？谢谢

since you were given bismuth and mosapride, I will assume you have GERD and dyspepsia. The epigastric burn is likely the result of stomach acid burn secondary to reflux.
Suggest to use pantoprazole 40mg twice daily for 1 to 2 week, then reduce it to just once daily.
You can take this pills with food but the first dose has to be with or before breakfast. then second dose has to be at supper time either before or with. Also take antacid whenever you need it for the first couple of days. you pantoprazole should start to take effect in 1 to 2 days.
Prevention - avoid foods that don't agree with you. avoid over eating, avoid fatty food for the next couple of months. Cut back on smoking and alcohol. (I don't know if you smoke and/or drink alcohol or not, I just want to cover that.)
