我知道第一个,第二个就不懂,我也觉得应该是对的,net dipole means that there are multiple dipoles in given molecules,eg.SO2.Because oxygen is more electronegative than sulfur,a dipole is formed,which is a vector,pointing towards oxygen.When you considered the Lewis structure,there are two dipoles with a lone pair,the lone pair pushes more than S-O bonding,so it is a bent shape,therefore SO2 is polar.P.S.都考SATII了,我就发英文了
