不是，是一个中国人在墨西哥办的杂志。
汪恩涛教授简介：男，微生物学家。现任墨西哥国立理工大学生物学院终身教授、博士生导师，中国农业大学和西北农林科技大学客座教授。《British Microbiology Research Journal》杂志主编和《Systematic and Applied Microbiology》杂志编辑。曾荣获墨西哥国家科研二等奖、墨西哥国立理工大学教育科研最高奖。迄今已发表英文学术论文120多篇，中文30多篇，西语文章数篇，并出版了个人诗集《缀梦集》。他还与中国科学院院士陈文新教授合作，至今已经在国际学术刊物上合作发表了有关根瘤菌研究的SCI文章60余篇，建立了二十几个新种，占现有根瘤菌种的四分之一。同时还合作为《伯捷氏细菌系统学手册》撰写了中慢生根瘤菌和中华根瘤菌两个属。这些成果使其处于该研究领域的国际先进地位。

This is a quality controlled, peer-reviewed, open access INTERNATIONAL journal.

Each issue will be running issue and all officially accepted manuscripts will be immediately published online. State-of-the-art running issue concept gives authors the benefit of 'Zero Waiting Time' for the officially accepted manuscripts to be published.
