May be ,people who waste time are way foolish!
We all know that a waste of time is equal to a waste of life!So,you can leave them alone if they are very young like kids.But if they are student who are in very key time,you should remind them.Pay attention!you mustn't say so much words that make them boring.Some time later,they will feel it's no meaningful.
