Hey, everyone. I know self-introductions are pretty boring, and I know that you might be just looking at the back of your hand right now, but here's everything about me. It's probably not going to help you be brilliant in life, but it might help you make another friend. So here we go. I'm a Sophmore in XXX school. Like most guys my age, I enjoy basketball and the NBA. Can't say that I've been to all of their competitions, but still quite an avid fan, if you ask me. And although I might not look like it, I enjoy music and plays the violin for quite a few years now.
我大概给你写了些可以讲的东西。这些不够五分钟，但是如果再加进去别的东西的话，应该能弄的长一点。 一定要记得不要讲太快，还有要幽默。自我介绍肯定会很无聊，如果再听上个几个小时的就肯定更无聊了。一定要跟观众互动。 稿子背下来后对着镜子讲，注意身体语言和口音。不要讲太快。记得注意时间。反正上台的话肯定会是紧张讲快一点的。。。就看着办吧。 加油！
