　　There are basically two ways to get work done. They are working individually and working in a team.Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages.
　　On one hand,working individually can give the individuals a convenience to arrange and solve the problems.It can offer them the space to think by themselves.Only in this way,can they develop their creative ability.On the other hand,working in a team provides the individuals with the chance to discuss and study together.During the progress,they help each other so this can improve their communication and co-operative ability.
　　To some degree,choosing which way to work partly depends on the individual’s characters.I think working in a team is suitable for me,because I believe “two heads are better than one” which leads to our work more efficient.

　　Almost everyone in the world has friends. Friends are found anywhere, at anytime. Some of our friends can be similar to us, and some of them can differ in many ways. Regardless of their similarities or differences, there are a few advantages of having such friends.
　　Having friends who are similar to us can be beneficial, in that we can enjoy things together, such as going to clubs or to the movies. In addition, having such friends can provide us with a companion to share our opinions.
　　However, having friends who are different from us would have some advantages of its own.
　　They are able to introduce us to new and different things; hence, we’re provided unexpected experiences in life. Furthermore, they could provide us with a different view on a certain matter.
　　As for me, I prefer to choose friends similar to myself. I feel that friendship between us will be smoother and more enjoyable. However, I never refuse a friendship offered by a friend who is different from me.

　　How to Live with Pressure
　　I used to feel pressured to do well in exams. I was so afraid of falling behind that I kept thinking about studying every minute of the day. The pressure made me out of breath. To my disappointment, the more worried I was about my studies, the less efficient I became. Later, I realized I just took pressure too seriously. So I tried taking things easy by taking part in various activities out of class, enjoying music and even daydreaming about fun things. To my delight, this worked! Gradually, I became less anxious about exams and began to take pleasure in my studies. Pressure cannot be avoided. What counts is how to deal with it properly, and above all, how to turn it into pleasure or challenge.

　　Building a Good Teacher-student Relationship
　　 A good teacher- student relationship is one of the guarantees for successful teaching and learning. A good relationship leads to fruitful cooperation, that is, the teacher can guide his/her students more effectively and the students can learn more efficiently.
　　 From my personal experience I conclude that an ideal teacher- student relationship depends on the common efforts. For example, we have developed a warm, friendly relationship with our English teacher. We admire her for the special efforts she poured into our class. Her lectures are always well prepared and delivered clearly. We also admire the fact that she spends time generously with us students after class. Inspired by her devotion, we study all the more diligently.
　　 Of course, misunderstanding may occur once in a while. In this case, I think, both sides should be kind, patient and frank. By sitting down and having a good talk we can work out any trouble.
