摘 要:现代社会已经进入了21世纪的信息时代,随着科技和文化的迅猛发展,企业文化已经成了企业的核心竞争力。而外资企业内部的文化差异是客观存在的现实,文化冲突是一种客观现象,我们无法回避它的存在,只有促进各种文化融合,才能减少企业文化中不和谐因素首先阐述了明基营造的和谐的工作环境和关怀员工的人文环境,吸引了优秀的人才,并促进了企业的发展;同时也指出了明基文化中存在的不足,然后提出了明基企业文化巩固与发展的方法,坚持正确的企业文化。
