首先，要求出具你所在公司（你父母所在公司）的名称，如果公司规模较大，最好附上公司的简介。你和你的父母分别在各自的公司开在职证明（如果一部分资金在父母名下的），并写明你和你的父母在公司的现任职务，月工资额，年终奖金，年总收入等详细信息。最后盖上公司的财务章或人事章。写明公司地址，邮编，负责人电话及证明日期.将此证明文件经过翻译和公证处的公证后，把原件发到校方就可以了。
