坎巴拉太空计划找到一个不错的mod,可是它说要模块管理器支持。也就是Module Manager。这个东西怎么安装，怎么使用？另外，如果我下一次新装的mod也需要Module Manager支持，那是不是要重新下载安装一次模块管理器？

Module Manager，可以看作一个程序，一次安装就好了，后面mod都不需要再次安装Module Manager。

How to install

You just have to put the dll in your KSP/GameData folder. Then you can
put you patch .cfg file anywhere. I would create a folder for your
personal patch, but it's up to you.
As mentioned earlier you can have multiple version of it. But you can clean up too
