A, a customer, makes a complaint to B, a sales manager of a computer shop as the computers she bought a week ago had several problems. B promises to check it carefully and replace it if necessary.

A: Excuse me, sales manager, I bought a computer from your shop a week ago and now it had several problems.

B: What are the problems?

A: There's no sound coming out, and when I started the computer, it goes black.
