开车如何避免起步往前冲

我是新手驾驶员，家里有一辆很老的昌河牌面包车，我最近开了几天挺顺手的。起步时离合器和油门的半联动控制得不错。
但是前几天我学开了一辆铃木的轿车，发现起步老是控制不好，我感觉轿车的离合器挺滑的，没有像面包车那么死，我用踩面包车离合器的力量去踩轿车，然后松离合，同时踩油门，发现熄火了。。。而且就算起步了，在中间2档换三档，三档换4档的过程中车子也不够平稳，比如2档换三档时车子会突然往前冲一下，别人说离合器不要松的太快，可是很难控制啊。。。
我开面包车没这个问题。
高手请指点，如何平稳的起步和换挡？？？

起步时要先抬一下离合器，但不要完全拿掉。迅速抬至半联动位置（即只用离合控制时车刚刚好起步的位置），之后轻踏加速踏板，如果油门较轻，就一点一点踏，油门不要哄得太大。踩下油门后，轻轻抬起离合器踏板，速度一定要慢。然后看见车头又一点翘起，放下手制动。油门不要松，仍然踏下，直抬起离合器，速度一定要慢，太快会导致闯动或熄火。不要怕油门转速过高，只要你轻轻抬离合器，车的速度也不会太快。刚开始多练习一下，掌握了要领就可以平稳起步了。

不同的车都要先适应一下。因为制造工艺和材料的不同，还有岁月的摧残。有的车离合和油门都不是那么流畅。就容易遇到你这种问题。 开熟练了就行了。
