Confidence is one important factor in humans that decides how well you live your life. For example, how much confidence you have in yourself when attempting a task will directly affect how well you complete that particular task. From this example, we can see that confidence is very important. I personally would boost my confidence through physical exercises. When I strengthen my body, it gives me the feeling that I have something thats ahead of other people, and this improves my confidence.
