访寻流程
明确需求：充分理解客户业务状况、企业文化、组织结构和股权结构，在候选人年龄结构，职业经历，薪酬待遇，汇报关系，人选类型等方面与客户达成一致；
签订猎头委托协议书：与客户签订正式委托猎寻合同，委托客户需支付一定的委托定金；
人才搜寻及甄选：基于对客户所在行业及竞争对手的深入了解，确定目标访寻对象和访寻方法，利用团队寻访网络、动态人才库和其它访寻途径，初步找到4-5名候选人；
面试评估：对潜在候选人进行有效的面试与筛选。针对不同职位设计面试情境，充分检验候选人职务胜任度，并了解候选人个性特点、潜质、职业规划及期望薪酬；
评估报告：通过筛选，将最合适的2-3名候选人推荐给客户，并以秘密报告的形式反馈我们的评估意见（合同签订，收到委托金后，10-15个工作日内完成）
客户面试：协调安排双方面谈时间，收集来自双方的信息反馈，协调沟通，帮助客户做出最终选择。如对候选人均不满意，我们将在5-10个工作日内，再次提交2-3名候选人，以供再次面试；
背景调查：如客户对候选人表示满意，我们的专业顾问将通过候选人的同事、前任主管处核定其学历背景、工作经历等基本情况，提供客户作为参考；
人员录用：客户确定录用候选人后，协助双方明确薪酬福利、报道时间并签署聘用合同；如候选人离职需较长时间，我们将与他们保持联系，并在其遇到困难时提供咨询。
保用期跟踪：在被录用人员保证期内，我们将同其保持联系，提供必要的沟通、咨询和指导，以便被录用人员尽快适应新的工作环境。一旦发现被录用人员不能很好地适应工作，我们将做好必要的准备。
