【摘要】
本文讲述企业的境外投资发展方向选择，通过深入了解对外投资的分析，了解到影响其发展方向的相关因素，最后提出通过国家政策调整企业境外投资的宏观环境，通过市场主体的自我完善改变微观因素的对策，提高方向选择的准确性。

境外投资指投资主体通过投入货币、有价证券、实物、知识产权或技术、股权、债权等资产和权益或提供担保，获得境外所有权、经营管理权及其他相关权益的活动。中国境外投资始于改革开放之初，但由于当时国际收支平衡压力大，外汇资金短缺，投资主体单一（主要是国有企业），国际市场经验不足，因此境外投资主要是设立贸易公司或者窗口公司，投资规模较小。20多年来，中国境外投资由无到有，不断发展壮大，尤其20世纪90年代中期以来，中国境外投资呈现出高速发展的态势。

Abstract
This paper describes the direction of development of enterprises overseas investment options, through in-depth understanding of foreign investment analysis, aware of the impact related to the direction of its development, and finally through the national policy adjustments proposed overseas investment enterprises macroeconomic environment, the main body of the self-improvement through the market to change the microeconomic factors, tactics, and enhance the accuracy of the direction of choice.

Overseas investment refers to investment in the main by investing money, securities, in-kind, intellectual property or technology, equity, debt and other assets and interests or to provide security, access to foreign ownership, operation and management rights and other related rights activities. China started reform and opening up of overseas investment, but because of time pressure the international balance of payments, foreign exchange shortage of funds, the investment of the main single (mainly state-owned enterprises), the international market, lack of experience, so is the establishment of overseas investment mainly trading companies or window companies, investment a smaller scale. More than 20 years, China's overseas investment from nothing to have, and constantly develop and grow, especially since the mid-20th century, 90 years, China's overseas investment has shown rapid growth trend.
