评分标准：
本次比赛满分为100分，由三部分组成：演讲内容得分、现场表现得分以及全英文演讲加5分。
演讲内容可由参赛选手所演讲的文章与主题的切合度、风格特色等方面由评委给出打分。（其中主题切合度25分、风格表现20分。）
现场表现根据参赛选手现场演讲时的语音语调、吐字清晰度、表达流畅度、仪表气质、表现力等方面由评委给出打分。（其中语音语调10分、吐字清晰度10分、表达流畅度10分、仪表气质10分、现场表现力10分。）
另外为了体现我院的特色，给予全英文演讲的选手额外的5分加分。
评委由3位中文老师、3位外教以及3名学生组成。中文老师仅给中文演讲的选手打分，外教仅给英文演讲的选手打分。每位参赛选手的最后得分为由6名评委打出分数的平均分。

The judges consist of three English teachers, three foreign teachers, as well as three students were. Chinese teachers for English speakers only player scoring, foreign teachers speaking only English player to scoring. Each player's final score hit the ground six judges scores averaged.
