1984年世界上第一座只能大厦“CITY PLACE”在美国的哈特福特市建成,从此出现一个新名词“智能建筑”。随着计算机及网络技术、控制技术和信息技术的飞速发展，智能化技术逐渐延伸到智能小区、智能交通等方面。
本设计即以8031单片机系列为基础，按照控制要求，自动地对室内温度湿度进行控制。设计主要分为两部分：硬件设计部分和软件设计部分。硬件设计部分主要包括：8031单片机系统，温度控制部分，湿度控制部分，温度湿度显示电路。其中温度测量部分采用了数字型温度传感器DS18B20，它集温度感知、数字量转化、高低温设置和报警与一体。软件设计部分包括：定时中断程序、温度采样和数字滤波、温度湿度显示、温度湿度控制。通过软、硬件的有机组合达到对温度湿度自动有效的控制要求。
本设计各部分元器件的选择主要考虑了普及性、普通性、开发性和经济性，力求操作简单、经济使用，在实际应用中有较大的利用价值。

The Design of The intelligence building System
Abstract
In built the first intelligence and ability building “City place” in Hartford city in America in 1984.It had a new word “Intelligence and Ability Construction”. The intelligence and ability technology extend to the intelligence and ability distruct，intelligence and ability communication and so on with the development of computer Internet ,Control and Information technology.
This design is based with 8031 single chip computer and controls automaticly temperature and humidity of room by controlling requirement. The design includes two parts: software and hardware. Hardware mainly include input/output channel, temperature and humidity control, temperature and humidity display circuit. Software mainly includes: timing interrupt program, temperature and humidity acquisition and digital filter, temperature and humidity controlling and failure dealing and main program design.
Software and hardware’s part is universal，automatic and effectively controlling temperature realized.
