Elderly people should take more precautions in protecting themselves. How to realize this goal then? My experience is as follows:
No 1. Exercise both mentally and physically. Try to keep a balanced mind,not to get irritated when coming across troubles,let go what can be let go,not to keep it on your mind all the time, keep a happy mood; have more physical exercises, do what you abilty allows you to do, have a regular life, have good arragement of everything, keep doing it, not to force yourself, not to go to extremes. Do it step by step.
No.2. Keep a healthy diet, eat less food which is harmful to your stomach and intestine. Keep your intestine smooth, have more water( liquid), so the toxins can be excreted from your body to prevent the occurance of diseases.
No.3. Try to get along with other people, not to make a fuss about small things, and you can be happy by making small concessions to other people.
In a word, I wish that elderly people could take good care of yourselves.
