摘要：目前中国餐企业已经十分注重品牌的塑造和企业规模的扩大。通过连锁经营和特许经营等多种方式，中国餐饮业正积极进军海外市场。中国的餐饮市场中，正餐以中式正餐为主，西式正餐逐渐兴起，但目前规模尚小；快餐以西式快餐为主，肯德基、麦当劳、必胜客等，是市场中的主力，中式快餐已经蓬勃发展，但当前尚无法与“洋快餐”相抗衡。随着中国经济及旅游业的发展，餐饮行业的前景看好，在未来几年内，中国餐饮业经营模式将多元化发展，国际化进程将加快，而且绿色餐饮必将成为时尚。本文首先分析绿色餐饮的含义，以及绿色食品的生产与服务的流程，然后论述我国绿色餐饮的现状，接着谈发展我国绿色餐饮的优势，最后探讨目前餐饮所存在的问题和解决措施。

Abstract：Currently Chinese enterprises have paid great attention to meal to shape the brand and business expansion of the scale. Through the chain stores and franchise operations on a variety of ways, the Chinese catering industry is actively into the overseas markets.

China's catering market, the main dinner meals with Chinese and Western meals gradually on the rise, but still very small; fast-food mainly Western-style fast food, KFC, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, are the main markets, Chinese fast food has been booming development, but there are currently not work with "foreign fast food" to compete. As China's economy and tourism development, food and beverage industry, promising, in the next few years, China's catering industry will be diversified business model development, will speed up the process of internationalization, and the green food will become fashionable.

This paper first analyzes the meaning of green food and green food production and service processes, and then discusses the status of China's green food, and then talk about the advantages of development of China's green food, the last of the current food problems and solutions.
