1.        satisfactory、satisfied 均为形容词，均译为“满意的”。satisfactory 可作表语，也可作为定语修饰名词。而 satisfied 常用于修饰人，表示“某人对......感到满意”。后不可直接跟宾语，需搭配相应介词，常见词组：be satisfied with......

2.    satisfy 为satisfactory、satisfied、satisfaction 的词根，作不及物动词用时，译为“令人满意”。satisfy 作及物动词时，译为“说服；使满意”。satisfaction 名词，译为“满意”。

　　(2). Many people can get satisfation from what they complete successfully. （satisfaction 作宾语）

satisfactory是形容词，意为符合要求的；satisfied是satisfy的过去分词形式，可以用作be satisfied with的搭配，也可以分词做定语当成形容词用，意为满足的，意思和satisfactory是没什么区别的，如果非要区分这两个的话只能说作用不同，satisfactory是形容词，satisfied是动词的一种形式，本身是没用形容词词性的。
