I would like to create a festival，named Otaku（宅男）Day.The date scheduled for July 7 calendar.The creation of this festival aimed at liberating men busy all day，giving them one day off.On that day,boys are hiding in the house not to go out.They agreed to stay at home.Watching DVD and TV,surfing the Internet,playing video games are the main events for the holiday.
