Responsibility:
- Set up and control all logistical processes and concept, ensure production requirement, control the inventory and traceability.
- Negotiation with suppliers, service providers and subcontractors
- Coordinate logistical processes with customers, including sales invoice management, customer satisfactions analysis
- Continuous improvement of all logistical processes of Chinese local plants
- Control the logistic process of direct materials, spare parts, auxiliary materials and hazard goods
- Support new projects- Responsible for the inside and outside warehouse management, ensure cycle counting and annual inventory count accuracy.
- Support the implementation of BOS (faurecia Operation System) measures
- Establish and maintain reporting system for the management and Central Function of Company
- Develop logistic strategies in cooperation with the management
- Develop plans to meet product strategies in a team with division, engineering, finance and quality functions
- Co-operate with the Central Logistics department
- Define the means of transport for actual production and new projects
- Support all other personnel of operations management
- Other assignments given by the management.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent
- Good knowledge of MS office and Warehouse Management System
- Good command Both in Oral and written English skill.
- Familiar with TS16949 System.
