页面发送请求给一个Action，执行完以后执行另一个Action，返回另一个Action的结果

findFileRecordList执行完后自动执行getIssuedDeptCheckBox，返回的结果不是我想要的，如果注释掉getIssuedDeptCheckBox返回结果正常，求解~~~
