"Dealing with incorrect & informal complaint letters from employees”
With regard to AAA and staff BBB who released complaint letters & distributed leaflets in factory with incorrect & informal contents, our Labor Unions invited management of factory and both of them for consultation. Factory representatives found that the contents of the complaint letter are incorrect and in illegal basis. If the contents are so inadequate and misleading and cause some damage to the reputation of our factory, the management of factory will reserve the right to charge for their legal obligations. Here are the clarifications according to their questions in letter:
(1) In response to the uniform matter: After our union consulting with the factory management, they said that decision will be pending due to a high staff turnover during this period. But they will re-consider the provision of clothing to the employees.
(3) Our factory has not skimped RMB180/month for meals of each workers, RMB50 / month per worker and RMB30 / month per staffs for accommodation. In order that our employees would be much more convenient to work in the factory, our factory provides our employee with canteen and dormitory. Employees can choose whether they are willing to live & eat inside the factory or not. Later on, our labor union will distribute questionnaires to employees to collect your opinions on our canteens and dormitories, and feedback to the factory management.
(4) After consulting with labor department about the arrangements for overtime working for employees, it is confirmed that our factory comply with the law of labor contract. Concerning about the overtime working of staff after 2008-01-01, there have some amendments in the labor contract, staffs will have 2 times of wages during ove
