我是澳洲PR,女朋友是澳洲国籍,准备结婚,同时我也有计划加入澳洲国籍,那么如果我们计划回国发展的话,我可以不用等移民监而直接加入澳洲籍吗?

No.You must meet the minimum requirements for citizenship.It doesn't matter you're married or not as citizenship is for you only.
Make sure you meet all the requirements,they can refuse your application even you miss ONE day!

P.S.You don't need to have all the time in one go,as long as they added up equal to the total will do.
PPS You also need to pass the test now - a number of multiple choice questions.
