It is a nice week I have spent.I have been to the swimming pool to have fun playing with my mates.They all are very good at swimming and so am I.It was a hot afternoon on Wednesday we met at the pool when a little girl suddenly fell into the water.It is not difficult to see she haven't got a talent in swimming or in other words she couldn't swim at all.At that time we were quit close to her and rushed to save her life without hesitating.And of course we did it.The appreciation on the parents' face was so unforgettable to us all.

a meaningful experience yesterday i went to the park with my friends.we planed to take photos there.we met at the gate of the park at 2:00 yesterday afternoon.we chatted with each other and went boating over the river.we had a good time.the time passed quickly.soon,it turned dark .we wanted to go home.on my way home,i met a girl.the girl was crying sadly.many people passed by but never stopped to see why she looked so sad.as i got closer i saw that her back had a strange shape.i asked the girl why she was so sad. she looked at me and said with a sad face,"beacause i'm disabled.""but you make me remember an angel,sweet and friendly."i said.she looked at me and said" really?"i immediately said"yes!""i'm an angel!"the girl said happily.then we say goodbye to each other.i went home.i thought"what a meaningful experience!"health and life as the saying goes, you don’t know what happiness is until you lose it’ you don’t know what health is until you are ill. “health is of vital importance to life” sounds like a cliche to everyone, but it is absolutely true. the negligence of the delicate balance of your body and soul, the harmful habits such as smoking, excessive drinking and burning mid-night oil will catch up with you someday. how many big plans are interrupted by bad health! even a normal life is unimaginable without the guarantee of health. how to keep fit is an eternal topic of diversity and controversy. regardless of all the different suggestions poured from all kinds of sources, one should do at least two things for him/herself. first, hold an active and optimistic attitude toward life and maintain a mental well-being. second, live a regular life and keep a balanced diet. anyway, a healthy life is within reach when you begin to adjust your mind and body.
