Your PC has one of the following problems:
-If your PC is a small form factor model, the accessory board bracket (the part which contains the PCI slots) is not located correctly into the mothe board.
-If your PC is a desktop or a minitower model, the power supply fan is not connected, or is connected to the wrong connector. Ensure that the power supply fan cable is connected in the " Power Supply fan " connector on the motherboard.

The top rear cooling fan is blocked or unplugged
This fan is required to keep the temperature in the processor area within acceptable parameters.
WARING: Improper processor cooling can result in system malfunction.
1. Power off the PC and check that the fan connector is firmly connected.
2. Check that nothing is blocking the fan blades.
3. If the error persists, your cooling fan may need to be replaced.

我又仔细问他是不是主板上少拿了什么东西，他说主板有一个 DDP System Fan 5针的跳线，在品牌机的电源上有一根引线接到这个跳线上，因为是只要主板所以主机电源就没要。
请教各位大虾在此能指点小弟一下，不胜感激，我朋友的配置：奔III-733, 256M内存，30G硬盘。
