I think I am  very healthy because I have a pretty
good eating habit.I try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruit.Although I love junk food very much,I only eat it once a week.I know it is bad for my healthy.And I never eat coffee or chocolate, although they are delicious.Do you think it is a healthy eating habit?

The old phrase breakfast is the most important meal of the day actually has some truth in it.

Eating a nutritious breakfast is essential for a healthy diet. Studies show that eating breakfast prepares you for the day ahead both mentally and physically.

Research shows that eating first thing in the morning helps to stabilise blood sugar levels, which control appetite and energy.

Skipping breakfast can lead to tiredness, lack of concentration and poor performance at work or school. It also means that you are more likely to snack on unhealthy foods such as chocolate or crisps before lunch.

If you are trying to lose weight, skipping breakfast doesn't actually help. This is because of your metabolism. Your metabolic rate is the amount of energy your body uses when you are resting. Breakfast gives your metabolism a kick start. Not eating breakfast will cause your metabolism to be sluggish and you will store more fat.

Eating breakfast also has long term health benefits. It can reduce the risk of obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes.
My favorite sport
There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy, such as swimming, running, and dancing. However, the sport that I like most is basketball. When I was in junior high, I started to play basketball in school. At that time, I found I had loved deeply this sport. Now, I would like to watch basketball games as much as I can. The basketball games have given me the most wonderful time in my life

travel is fun

In this holiday,I went to Beijing.Beijing is in the north of China.I went to there with my mother and father.We go there at eight o’clock in the moring .We by train.And we at there at one o’clock in the afternoon.　　
　　At two o’clock,we visited the Great Wall,It was very beautiful,It’s long and wind.And we visited the Summer Palace,I think it beautiful.What do you think?　　
　　We went to a restaurant.We all ate rice and fish.We after the lunch at three o’clock. 　　
　　We went home at five o’clock.We had a lovely time there!I love Beijing very much! travel is fun.

I want to be a caring person when I grow up.It will make me feel proud of myself that I can be a caring person which cares about not only my families but also the others.

In our daily life,I felt so many cares every day.For instance,my parents give me love and help me find the sun at home.In our society,the cleaner provide me with a clean street.In our school,my teachers give me plenty of knowledge and my classmates help me to solve a large amount of questions.All of these things make me feel warm and I can't live my living without them.

So I want to be a sunshine boy which brings sunshine to others because I long to use my sunshine to warm the people around me.
