有个英语语法不懂啊 wear是静态动词吗

You  need   to  wear    a tuxedo   at  party
You  need   to  be    wearing      a tuxedo   anyway   at  party.
 
这俩人在谈论一个将来的聚会。
need to be wearing, to be wearing, 是进行时，意思是此次聚会时候，届时，你在聚会这段时间要穿着
need to wear, to wear, 是不定式的一般式，不能表示出进行。
两句的区别就在于此。

      对比之下。
